The 236-unit complex is located in Kennesaw, GA, approximately 25 miles northwest of Atlanta and provides easy access to Cobb Parkway, and Interstates 75 and 575. McDowell Properties’ plan for the complex includes a value-add strategy with upgrades to common areas as well as interior renovations including stainless steel appliances and the addition of washers and dryers.

The property was built in 1996 and consists of ten three-story and three/four split-story buildings. The property’s unit mix includes four different unit types ranging from one-bedroom units that average 900 square feet to four-bedroom units that average 1,650 square feet.
