Chase Heritage was acquired on January 27, 2021. The property is located in Sterling, VA and is strategically located within a mile of Dulles International Airport, Dulles Towne Center and a number of other attractive demand drivers in suburban Northern Virginia. The operational strategy for Chase Heritage is to add value by upgrading classic units and modernizing prior upgrades. The common areas and amenity enhancements will include renovating the clubhouse, new fitness center, and upgrades to the pool, pool area, grilling stations, playground, and dog park.

The property consists of 236-units built in 1986. The garden-style complex includes amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, fitness center and picnic areas. Currently, units offer modern appliances, contemporary finishes, in-unit full size washer and dryers, and fireplaces in select apartments.

The property benefits from excellent accessibility to major area employers from its central location within the Dulles Tech Corridor, which today has over 150,000 high-paying jobs across a diverse field of industries and is seeing significant further economic expansion.
