Assistant Vice Presindent of Finance

Natalee Min is the Assistant Vice Presindent of Finance for McDowell Properties and she joined the company in January 2019.  Ms. Min is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and tax functions. Ms. Min’s role includes overseeing the monthly financial review of all property owners and upper tier entities of the company, as well as the timely financial reporting to institutional investors. Ms. Min coordinates and assists with financial analysis for the company’s investment and divestment opportunities, in addition to managing annual budgeting processes and ensuring that compliance of accounting and reporting procedures are in place. Ms. Min organizes and oversees many year-round projects ranging from tax planning to tax compliance for federal and all other applicable state tax matters.

Prior to joining McDowell Properties, Ms. Min spent nearly seven years in the real estate industry, in both public accounting and the private sector. She started her career in Tax at Ernst & Young (EY) at their San Francisco office and, her most recent position prior to joining the company was serving as the Tax Manager at Digital Realty LP, headquartered in San Francisco.  In her previous roles, she focused on tax planning, structuring, research and compliance for real estate investment companies, especially real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Ms. Min graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo with a BS degree in Business Administration - Accounting. She is a California licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
