Director of Asset Design
Camille McDowell is Director of Asset Design for McDowell Properties. Mrs. McDowell consults on all the creative aspects of asset capital projects including exterior and interior paint color selection and interior clubhouse renovations. Ms. McDowell joined McDowell Properties in December 2008. She previously was Assistant Director of Dyansen and Franklin Bowles Galleries in San Francisco from 1989 to 2004. Her 15-year experience in the world of fine art and design led to a more in-depth study of how color and design can affect the desirability and value of properties.
Mrs. McDowell has studied Feng Shui extensively and considers all elements including architecture, landscaping, location, demographics and current color trends when choosing colors for properties.
Mrs. McDowell has a BA in Art History from the University of Utah, studied at the Rudolph Schaeffer School of Design and is a Certificate Feng Shui Practitioner. She is currently a Trustee of the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM).
